I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I enjoy working with a variety of people with varying circumstances in life. My specialties include supporting people to cope with co-occurring disorders, substance use, anger management, grief/loss and childhood/adult trauma related issues. Prior to being licensed as a social worker, I provided community services in rural communities since 2012.

My counseling style is client-centered meaning our treatment focuses on your needs and concerns. I recognize the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship to help you obtain your goals. My professional orientation and foundation are rooted in humanistic approaches. Solutions focused therapy and logos therapy (Logos is Greek for meaning). I also utilize a number of mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and rational emotive techniques to support you in achieving your treatment goals.

I recognize that reaching out for support can be intimidating. I maintain a safe and judgement free space for you to discuss your life circumstances and support you to make the changes you seek to the best of my ability. Your well-being is my priority.
