I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia who has had over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have experience working with clients with various mental health disorders: including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, and trauma. As a general practitioner, I can treat clients with various diagnoses and issues, working with adolescents and adults. I utilize various techniques or interventions based on the client’s needs. She is passionate about helping others feel good about themselves and effectively manages through life’s trials and tribulations to lead a life of purpose, fulfillment, and joy. My style is warm and supportive, and I am ready to help you tackle your struggle head-on. I believe collaboration is essential, and establishing concrete goals and steps for you to help overcome your current problems is the goal of therapy. I believe in taking time and working on wellness slowly, holistically, and consistently. Just as physical health takes time and consistency, so does mental health.
