I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and New York. I started my career working with youth and families in foster care which is where my interest in trauma and anxiety began. As I continued through my career I noticed patterns in the ways trauma and anxiety show up in women specifically. I became trained in the Neuroscience of Anxiety so that I could help women better understand how their thought patterns play a role in their emotional well-being. I specialize in helping women navigate through unresolved trauma, anxiety, relationships, parenting, self-esteem issues, and other life stressors that are getting in the way of living a fulfilled life, free of self-doubt, self-criticism and worry. I know that it takes strength and bravery to make the decision to start (or restart!) therapy. I deeply value the relationship between client and therapist, and I am dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment. Whatever the reason is for you coming to therapy, I believe that we can get you to a place where you reach your goals, and make the desired changes in your life.
