About

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, families and seniors. My primary focus has been end of life care, hospice and as a grief counselor offering individual and group support. Over the years, that experience has grown to where I offer support to people who are dealing with life transitions, health, divorce, feelings of anxiety or depression, job loss and coping with every day stress. I am sincere and offer a safe space to express yourself, while looking at the negative thought patterns and behaviors head on. My approach is client centered and I focus on cognitive behavior therapy. I am also goal oriented and like to encourage people to make small changes every day that can lead to positive changes within their lives. It is my goal to help people achieve their most meaningful life as you imagine it to be.

Please be aware before selecting me as your therapist that my evening appointments are limited. I have day time appointments available M-F from 9am-1:30pm.
