About

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) licensed in New Jersey with over 18 years of experience working in mental health settings. I earned my MSW degree from Columbia University where I started my career as a therapist. I have worked with individuals dealing with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, body image concerns, career challenges, ADHD and Bipolar Disorder.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is client-centered and combines Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy along with Motivational Interviewing. I believe that building rapport is the foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship.
