Seeking a counselor is one of the bravest decisions you will ever make. It takes courage to share your story with anyone, especially a stranger, so thank you for considering me to join you on your journey. My approach to therapy is person-centered, eclectic, holistic, and integrative. I will spend the time to get to know you and tailor therapy to your specific personality, needs, and goals. I like to combine different interventions from various forms of therapy that will serve you best. I use concepts and techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and others. I also believe in addressing the whole person- mind, body, and soul- in the counseling process because each is related to and affected by the others.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life with many unique presenting issues, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma and abuse, grief, relationship issues, career issues, decision-making issues, parenting, and others. I believe that counseling is a collaborative process, so I will work alongside you to help you meet your goals and move forward in confidence to be able to face hard situations in the future.
