You have taken the first step. I am here to help you. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years clinical experience working with children, couples, adults, and families. I know that taking the time and making the decision to be in therapy is not always an easy one. I understand that reaching out may feel uncomfortable. I am someone that can listen, and help you feel better after the session than you may have felt before. Starting with where you are right now is critical.
