I have been a mental health care professional for two decades. I have worked with clients of all ages. Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) youth have been my primary audience. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. However, I use other treatment modalities to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
