I'm Kenny Londono and I'm an avid advocate of whole-person care -- mind, body, spirit -- which stems from my personal story of living with a chronic medical condition and overcoming many odds. My specialties include stress management, healthy coping skills, conflict resolution, building healthy relationships, and supporting individuals or families affected by grief or chronic medical conditions. I'm passionate about helping others navigate life transitions. My mission is to be a source of hope for my clients, as together, we explore the roads that illuminate the client's life story.
