I am licensed in Minnesota with 14 years of professional work experience as a psychotherapist and have worked in the mental health field for many years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
