I have over 26 years of clinical experience, and have served clients from a number of different positions from non-profit to government organizations. I have served 23 years in the Army and have been deployed 3 times. I work with families, couples and individuals. I prefer therapy approaches that match each individual's values and believe focusing on priorities is key to achieving our goals. I believe therapy is a journey that should contain rewards and satisfaction for each individual, leading to more fulfillment in life.
