My name is Kendra Theroith. I have spent the past 13 years working as a therapist. I studied at Mount Mercy University located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for my undergraduate degree. I attended Chapman University in Orange, California for my masters degree. I have been a practicing therapist since 2010. I’m open to working with anyone who is looking to better understand themselves and unlock their potential. My clinical experience spans from clients of all ages and all walks of life. I have worked with adults, adolescents and children specializing in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral issues, autism and developmental disabilities. Developing healthy coping skills with the appropriate tools is essential in becoming the happy and motivated person you would like to be. I'm very understanding and will work with everyone.
