It’s my pleasure to introduce myself! My name is Kendra, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a School Psychologist Certificate. I have a Master’s degrees in both Counseling with a Mental Health Specialization, and as a School Psychologist Specialist. With over 15 years of experience working in outpatient mental health facilities and K-12 school settings, I am proficient and accustomed to partnering with adolescents, parents, families and individuals. Throughout my career I have helped support clients that have struggled with anxiety, attention deficit disorder, depression, learning disabilities, life transitions, stress, and helping parents to cope and understand their children’s academic, social, and emotional concerns.

I strongly believe in the importance of establishing a strong therapeutic alliance and following a client-centered approach to therapy. Providing a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment is paramount for client growth. My goal is to work collaboratively with you, help you prioritize your goals, and step by step move you forward towards a greater state of fulfilment.
