I am licensed in Utah with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, career difficulties, & depression. I strongly believe that you are the expert of your story. My role is to not only be a listening ear, but to provide insight and skills to assist with your healing.
