Over the past 13 years I have worked diligently with active-duty military, veterans, older adults, children, adolescents, incarcerated persons, and the developmentally/physically "differently abled." I provide individual, couple, and family therapy for those who feel "stuck" in their current "situationship", are seeking to manage feelings of anxiety and/or depression, need healing from past traumas, are working to cope with addiction and other health issues, and even those that just need a listening ear. As an active-duty military spouse and mother of 4, I also know firsthand the struggles associated with being a military family and I am here to help you learn and apply coping skills to ease the hardships that go along with serving our country. My online practice was created for those who have limited time to travel to a physical office for treatment and/or experience anxiety and other health conditions that prevent them from being able to leave the home.
