My approach My treatment approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Strength Based, and Structural Family Therapy. My focus My client focus includes Individual (Adult and Teens), Couples, and Elders (65+). I enjoy working with all communities. My passion is helping those who are struggling with interpersonal relationships, family conflict, life transitions, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, stress, medical trauma, and self-harm.
