I have been working with clients struggling with eating disorders since 2002. Though I am primarily a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist, I prefer to use an eclectic approach with each client to account for their specific needs. This will include DBT and RO-DBT, CPT, CBT, ACT, Self-Compassion Therapy, and mindfulness training. I tend to be very straightforward and think it is more important to be authentic, honest, and compassionate with clients than anything else. The goal is changed.
