I love seeing positive changes and overall growth from when we start working together to the end of services. I enjoy making an impact and engaging children, adults, families in applying new approaches. I am able to provide resources, skills, and helpful strategies from my training in CBT, and other behavioral therapies. I use a combination of approaches: behavioral, CBT, solution-focused, person centered, play and art therapy. My core values shape my approach to my therapeutic practice. I approach to therapy the way I would want to be treated if I were receiving services. I would want to be treated with dignity and respect. I would also want someone who is going to listen without judgment. With these things in mind, I take these characteristics and apply them to my approach when working with clients in my practice.
