Kelsie is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and specializes in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). She is a psychotherapist with a heart for supporting people through their reproductive years while they navigate the ups and downs of pre-parenting, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.

Kelsie supports clients holistically using an integrated therapeutic approach. She draws from elements of psychodynamic (narrative), acceptance commitment (ACt), cognitive behavioral (CBT), EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and mindfulness therapies in her work to ensure the whole person�s needs are met.

Offering grounded, compassionate and practical therapeutic support, Kelsie helps clients find their way through a variety of stressors.

Outside of her role of being a therapist, she is a mother and serves on the board for Postpartum Support International - Arkansas Chapter. She is committed to building community within the field of perinatal health with providers across the state in order to expand resources to Arkansas families who need them most.
