Hello! I am happy that you are here!

My name is Kelsi Meredith and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years experience working with adults, children, families, and couples in a variety of settings. I received my Master's of Social Work while coaching collegiate Division 1 College Volleyball. Since then I have gone on to receive my clinical license and have worked in a variety of settings ranging from equine assisted psychotherapy, family therapy with at risk youth, in home family/individual therapy to problem sexual behavior in adolescence.

My approach is solution focused, strengths based, and client centered drawing heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

When working with clients I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, respectful, positive, and safe. I believe that you are the expert of your story and have many strengths to assist you in overcoming challenges.
