I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker with three years of experience helping individuals build resilience through many walks of life. I strive to maintain a non-judgmental and holistic therapeutic environment that is rooted in empathy and focused on strengths. It is my desire as a clinician to walk with you through the painful situations in life so you do not remain stuck in suffering.

As an LCSW and Therapist, I am passionate about working with adults who struggle with daily stressors, grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-worth, and more. We can collaboratively work together to move toward flexibility, acceptance, openness, and a healthier you.
