Hi there, I'm Kelsey! There are so many pressures and complexities in our experiences in the modern-day world, and it can be a lot to navigate on our own. I'm here to help with a variety of issues including traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues as well as those seeking to open their voices, creativity, expression, and capacities for transformation, change, and growth. If you want to feel calmer and centered in meeting the challenges of your day-to-day life, want to develop a relationship with yourself and others that is more compassionate and accepting, or experience more inner freedom, I have the tools to support you. I use an integrative approach that is based on knowledge of the body and brain and utilizes techniques from hypnotherapy, expressive arts, somatic practices, and insight-based talk therapy. All parts of you are welcomed and belong in the space we create together. Through our work, you can develop a deeper connection with your own inner wisdom and resources.
