Welcome to Find A Therapist! Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado with over ten years of experience working in the field. My prior work has been with a range of individuals (adults & teens) experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, drug and alcohol abuse, emotional and physical abuse, trauma, family conflict, and symptoms of severe and persistent mental illness. I have worked in a variety of settings such as community mental health centers, nonprofits and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. My role in these settings often included mental health assessments, treatment planning and individual and family therapy.

I received a master’s degree in 2011 from the University of Denver School of Social Work. I ground my approach in a strong theoretical foundation that includes a variety of evidence-based practices such as cognitive/behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, mindfulness and several different modalities of family therapy.

I believe that building a strong rapport between therapist and client is an important step in successful outcomes. You are the expert on your own life and my goal is to meet you where you are at and provide you with an individualized treatment approach based on your needs. My desire is to help you achieve your goals by providing a safe, authentic, and compassionate clinical setting. I look forward to working with you!
