Hi! I am really glad you are here. Reaching out for help can be difficult and you've taken the first step.

I have spent the last 8 years working with adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with a myriad issues including addiction, mental health, phase of life issues, trauma, disordered eating, and the process of figuring out how to live life as their authentic selves. I truly love what I do and consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move through the difficulties they are facing in their lives. I have had my own experiences in life and consider myself to be a "wounded healer" who can provide you with great empathy and guidance for the struggles you are facing. I look forward to working with you and supporting you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. I have my Master's in Addiction Counseling from the Hazelden Graduate School and have taken the additional coursework in mental health counseling. I have worked in a variety of roles in a variety of settings including residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment facilities. My favorite role, however, is working directly with clients helping them to overcome life's challenges and discover their inner wisdom and resources. My approach is holistic and I assess each client to get an idea of what approach will be most helpful for them.
