Over the past 10 years I have worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor helping clients through a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, adjustment issues, and ADHD. I enjoy collaborating with clients to find the best solutions for their success in all aspects of life. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral interventions but I believe healing also happens in the telling of your personal narrative. My goal for a client relationship is to help you foster the skills to become your own therapist.
