I have over 15 years experience working with those struggling with addictions, co-occurring disorders, mental health disorders/symptoms, and life changes.
I understand that there is no simple approach that is right for everyone. During my time as a former D1 athlete and coach I have learned the importance of perseverance, positive reinforcement, and patience. I have been able to take those lessons and experiences, and apply it to encouraging my clients to become to best versions of themselves, even when it seems impossible.
