Kelly Wood is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to adults. She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, she specializes in trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, LGBTQ issues, life coaching and anxiety disorders. In her practice, Kelly’s philosophy of care is to help others become aware of their thinking and to help them realize that they are not their thoughts. She assists individuals in developing inner awareness via the senses for grounding in order to heal past wounds. Kelly’s interest in mental health care stems from her desire to empower others to empower themselves. Kelly received training in MBSR from Integrative Medicine at Jefferson. She has done stand-up comedy and loves Broadway musicals.
