We are all looking for balance in our lives but balance is not something we find; it's something we create. I work with individuals ages 14+ and help with an array of mental health concerns including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, stress management, mood disorders as well as health and chronic pain concerns. I strive to create an atmosphere that is accepting, inclusive, and goal orientated to help you reach your goals no matter where your starting point is.

My therapeutic approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral, Behavioral Management, Strength Based, and Solution Focused. I have specialty training as a Level 1 Trauma Therapist (CCTP) and also use holistic approaches like Emotional Freedoms Techniques (EFT) and mindfulness to help promote mind-body integration.

I am passionate about the work I do and hope to give you the care and attention you need. Anyone who is willing to enter into counseling has taken a huge step into their personal journey and I would be honored to help guide you.
