Hello! I am so glad you are here seeking out a therapist for yourself. I would be honored to hear your story and join you on your journey. My name is Kelly Stanley and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been in practice about nine years and have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have experience working at my local mental health authority, in a primary care clinic, as well as a couple counseling clinics for children and families. My hope is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where people can come to share about their life and that they would leave with the ability to understand themselves and their situation better.

Helping others with their grief, trauma, depression, difficult relationships, parenting concerns, anxiety, chronic illness, life transitions and many other situations has truly been humbling. I use a variety of treatment approaches and make sure to cater my approach for each person, but I primarily focus on motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral-therapy and reality therapy.
