My focus is awareness of self, who we are, who we want to be. I use dream interpretation, meditation and IFS therapy. We discover hurt parts of the self, create a center and heal these parts from center. I use CBT and client centered approach to create an interactive experience. I use my own lived experience and have healed from anxiety and bi polar myself. So let's start this process remove old habit parts and find that center of self that is there down deep.
