About
I work with many young adults who are currently experiencing distressing life transitions and seeking to find more confidence in themselves. I specialize in treating stressors related to academic, career, or relationship changes all within the context of the pandemic. I treat anxiety, depression, traumatic phase of life transitions, relationship stressors, traumas, and LGBTQ+ issues. I have worked for many years in Community Mental Health settings with folks living with severe and persistent mental illness. I am an advocate for social justice across all mental health treatment settings. I prioritize creating safety for you to feel able to talk about anything you want to during sessions. I respect your autonomy and view the therapeutic relationship as collaborative to support you in reaching your goals.
