As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have more than 15 years of experience assisting individuals and families improve their quality of life. Clinical counseling can help you understand yourself better, improve communication with the people around you, and develop new ways to cope with anger, stress, or sadness. Your experience with me will involve a combination of therapeutic modalities depending on your needs, including but not limited to: cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, and/or solution-focused therapy. My counseling style is relaxed and focused on finding solutions that work for your individual issues.
