I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin. I have experience working with children, adults, and families from culturally diverse backgrounds and varying abilities. I utilize a holistic approach in my work with clients, drawing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I acknowledge and seek to build upon the strength and resilience present in each and every individual with whom I am afforded the honor to work closely in a therapeutic relationship, in order to empower growth, goal achievement, and overall improved well-being.
