I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a client centered approach to therapy. I have been licensed in Montana and graduated from the Walla Walla University program in 2015. I believe in meeting clients where they are in their journey and working in partnership with them as they move towards their goals. Using a strength-based trauma informed approach to therapy I collaborate with clients to find and master skills that can help make life a little better.
I truly, believe the most important factor to success in therapy is the client/therapist relationship. Dignity, respect and integrity are foundational values which guide me in the work I do and the way I live my life. I have a strong Christian faith and while it is a strong part of who I am, I honor and respect everyone's own belief system and believe everyone has their own journey that needs to be respected.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I, have experience working with a wide variety of clients. I especially have a heart in working with women and adolescents in the areas of abuse, trauma, addiction and mental health areas including; anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment issues, stress reduction and compassion fatigue.
