I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional through Evergreen Certifications. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. My clients would describe me as positive and bubbly.My philosophy is to meet my clients where they are at. I utilize a strengths-based perspective and try to bring out the positive qualities in my clients.I offer non-judgemental and confidential sessions.
