I will help them by providing a safe space to feel seen, heard, accepted, and understood. I will support you in increasing your insight and awareness of why you may be experiencing turmoil in your life. I will support you in a variety of different methods. I believe there is true power in having a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, accepted, understood, and supported. That is the safe space and ongoing commitment I make with all my clients.
