First, I would like to welcome you to Find A Therapist it takes a lot of strength to pause, reach out and put yourself first! Second, I would like to introduce myself. I am a licensed indpendent social worker in the state of Ohio. I have been working as a cognitive behavioral therapist for over the last 16 years. I work with individuals ages 13 and up. Over the last 16 years, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. I have helped people with a wide range of problems, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, communication challenges, self-esteem, trauma, and abuse.

My counseling style is interactive, warm and compassionate. My approach combines cognitive behavioral and solution focused counseling. I really enjoy having conversations with my clients and hearing their stories while guiding them to where they want to be.
