I truly have a passion for counseling and want it to be a valuable experience for you. I assist individuals in addressing the concerns that may be holding them back from the life they want. It is a fact that if our needs are not being met then we don't function well at home, work, or socially. I empower clients to meet their needs in healthy ways to live more fulfilling lives. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience assisting clients working through depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, life changes/stressors, physical/medical trauma, and emotional abuse. Additionally, I specialize in infertility counseling. I assist families going through the experiences of infertility, miscarriages, stillbirths, infant loss, adoption, and postpartum concerns. I create an empathetic, comforting atmosphere in which to heal and find hope while aiding individuals to strengthen themselves and their relationships through this unique experience.

My clinical approach is client centered and strengths-based utilizing cognitive based, humanistic, and rational-emotive therapy. As a counselor, I strive to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for all where we can discuss feelings, needs and concerns. I encourage clients to be actively involved in determining a plan to best help you meet goals to improve your quality of life.
