About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My background ranges from behavioral health management in community programs, to direct care in the community with clients suffering from severe mental health challenges, to providing one on one counseling to those struggling through anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. I have a special interest in empowerment, women's issues, and the LGBTQ+ community.

My treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused counseling. I believe I’m highly open minded, accepting of others, and genuinely curious to learn more about you, and how I can help you reach your goals.
