I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Professional Keynote Speaker on Mental Health issues that has been in the field for 14 years. I have worked with individuals, groups, and families. My experience ranges from working with clients with a wide range of concerns from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, to personality disorders. I have also worked extensively with Active Duty Military and Veterans.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe that each person deserves to be heard, treated with respect, and with compassion. My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. I strongly believe that treatment should be person centered. I will assure that our treatment relationship is tailored to fit your individual needs.
