Hi! My name is Kelly Williams and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-clinical in the state of Maryland. I have been providing mental health therapy for over 6 years and have worked with a diverse group of people of all ages. I enjoy working with adults and helping them understand what they value. I strive to provide validating, supportive and collaborative therapy to my clients. I strongly believe in recovery from mental illness and helping people develop personalized goals that help them lead fulfilling lives. I also enjoy helping my clients learn ways to express themselves through art and writing.

I am a Cognitive and Solution Focused therapist and tend to focus on helping clients become aware of how their thoughts are contributing to Depression and Anxiety they are experiencing. I help people think more realistically as well as learn to listen to and tolerate distressing emotions. I have had specialized training in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders and couples.
