Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Relational Therapy, I am passionate about helping people on their journey towards healing. My typical areas of focus are on the connection between the past and present, emotion identification and exploration, and how thoughts and feelings have a circular impact on behavior. I particularly love to provide couples counseling, by offering a facilitation of conversation. Counseling topics might include challenging life stages, emotional or physical disconnection, communication barriers, pre-marital preparation, parenting or co-parenting challenges, and more.
