Welcome. I am a licensed psychologist in California with over 25 years’ experience in providing adult psychotherapy. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Alliant University and completed Predoctoral and Postdoctoral fellowships at Yale University. My education extensive and multi-faceted and includes training in Human Development, neuropsychology, health psychology, psychological assessment, cognitive-behaviorally-oriented psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis. I am skilled in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and psychiatric conditions associated with chronic pain and exposure to various forms of chronic stress.

I have a compassionate, calm and friendly demeanor, which helps others feel comfortable and at ease. My education, training, and experiences are very helpful in terms of achieving a successful psychotherapeutic experience. My therapeutic approach is tailored to the individual needs of the client. I believe that health, notably mental health, is multifaceted and influenced not only by our thoughts and feelings, but also our prior experiences, environment, health, culture, and other social factors.
