Being human is hard. The experiences and relationships we have in our lives change us and sometimes we need help finding our true selves again. I’m here to offer a safe, neutral, nonjudgmental space for you to work through your questions and road blocks as you try to live your most true and beautiful life.

I’m a therapist with a decade of clinical experience working with people from all walks of life. I have a masters in clinical social work from Michigan State University. I’ve held positions in private practice, substance use disorder programs, and hospital settings. I’m also a mom, a wife, and a human; so I’ve got a lot to draw from in relation to boundaries, communication, and relationships.

One of the therapy modalities I practice is dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), which focuses on dialectics. A dialectic is two opposing truths such as, “I am doing the best I can and I can still do better”. If that resonates with you, I’m here to chat.
