I have been a licensed clinical social worker for 10 years and have experience working with people from all different backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of challenges. Much of my experience has been working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, military and Veteran specific needs, and financial stress.. With the work that we will do together, it is important that my clients start to feel a sense of control and progress. My style is warm, direct, nonjudgmental and client centered. My goal is to empower you to be the best version of yourself.

I can interact with you in whatever manner you are most comfortable. I offer messaging, live chat, phone or video sessions with availability in the evenings and weekends. I check messages at least once during each weekday.
