Through the counseling process, my goal is to assist clients in developing tools that will allow them freedom to be their authentic self.

My approach to therapy is relaxed and real. Having worked with adolescents and young adults for the majority of my career, pretending to have all of the answers does nothing to promote a healthy therapeutic environment. YOU are the expert in your life, and I am just an observer. My role in working together is to help you navigate your mental health while balancing school, work, and personal relationships.

I am a DBT-certified therapist which means that the lens I view therapy from is attuned to emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. I strive to provide an environment free from judgment where clients can comfortably address their life perspective in a confidential environment.
