“Success is a journey not a destination.” Oftentimes, different experiences & life in general can derail us. It changes how we see ourselves & the world around us. This can manifest into a negative internal dialogue, unproductive thoughts, difficulties in relationships, worries, sadness, fatigue, poor choices, loneliness, anger, and all around just not enjoying life. Just trying to get through each day can be exhausting & far from purposeful.
