I am licensed in New Hampshire with 17 years of professional work experience. I have extensive experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & depression. I have experience and training in working with first responders. I like to help my clients come up with ways to make change with action, or process trauma and events as necessary. I work on processing the past, working on the current and setting goals for the future. I am happy to be able to expand my practice and offer my services through this platform and look forward to meeting you.
