I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota. I chose the field of Marriage and Family Therapy because I believe that healing happens in the context of relationships. I also believe in the innate yearning we all have to grow and heal as individuals. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe to explore your inner world without judgment. I believe conflict and crises are opportunities for change. My goal is to create a space where my clients feel open to explore their thoughts and feelings in order to tap into their strengths and facilitate lasting change.

I have over 9 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their experiences of grief and loss, depression and anxiety, and other life changes they have been impacted by.
