Welcome! :) As a mental health therapist, I work from a client centered, integrative approach. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client focused therapy, and mindfulness. I also believe that we need to work together, as a team, to help you achieve your goals. The body and mind are greatly connected and intertwined, which is why I believe in a holistic approach to mental health care. I am happy and honored to provide you with a non-judgmental, safe space for you to tell your story, set your goals, and become the person you were meant to be.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, and stress. I primarily work with individuals and couples. I also love working with life transitions, grief, chronic health issues and identity/self esteem. I have been a therapist for 12 years and worked in the mental health field for the last 16 years. I am passionate about helping others identify their strengths and find their voice.
